I recently signed up for "free" trial of superfoods. You end up paying shipping and handling if you call to cancel you will have to return product or pay 19.95. Well I tried it for 4 days and I lost .50lbs. You take 4 horse pills 3 times a day with food. I just found it hard to take that many pills each day. I ate like I usually do which is not always the healthiest but I was happy with half a pound in just 4 days. I would recommend take a stool softener with it to help.
